| If U.S. Rep. Bruce Westerman's introduces Resilient Federal Forests Act of 2017 on Tuesday, aimed at streamlining timber project approval. | U.S. stocks fell lower today as falling energy stocks and oil prices added to investors' concerns. In New York, the Dow Jones lost 53.89 points to end at 21,413.25, while the S&P 500 lost 1.25 points to 2,435.78. Canada's main stock index also edged lower today as weaker oil prices pressured both energy and financial shares.
