| The U.S. Bureau of Land Management announced intentions to release a preliminary planning document this month detailing the reworked Bush administration plan to increase timber harvests in Western Oregon. The previous plan failed to gain approval in 2009 under the endangered Species Act and was withdrawn by the Obama administration. BLM's state director, Jerome Perez says the plan will be finalized by the fall of 2015. More on this story is available in today's Enviro & Legislation section.

| Spread trade dominated the volume in the front July contract on position rolling out of July and into the lead September and or November contracts. The July contract is now the "spot" month trading without a limit through the expiration on Monday July 15th.
