THE DAILY BUZZ   Lumber Shortages Affect Dealers, Builders   Recent reports from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) indicate shortages if building materials are taking their toll on lumber dealers and builders alike. Greatest shortages reported occur in OSB GWB, framing lumber and plywood, with dealers reporting slightly greater numbers than builders.
