THE DAILY BUZZ   CA: Enviro Group Drops Logging Case   The Pacific Rivers Council changed their plans to fight a government plans to increase logging in the Sierra forests of California and asked the Supreme Court to drop the case. On Monday the court agreed. The Council feared a judgment against them would prevent future opposition to similar government policies.
