| Will More States Ban LEED Certification from Government Building Projects? |

| A number of states, such as Georgia, Alabama, Maine, Mississippi and South Carolina, have in the recent past banned state government construction projects from seeking LEED certification. State forestry critics say that LEED standards unfairly prevent many states' timber growers from taking part in the booming green-building market, and LEED stakeholders this month may consider revising the green-building standards administered by the nonprofit U.S. Green Building Council in light of the state backlash. | Lumber Futures traded both sides of unchanged on continued consolidation trade. Prices were flat to lower in the after-hours market on light long liquidation. Follow through selling pushed prices lower accelerating the decline on "stop loss" sell orders into and through yesterday low in July of $304.30.
