| Gribble May Be Key in Wood to Fuel Conversion |

| Microscopic marine borers called Gribbles may hold the key to turning waste wood into fuel, according to recent research reported in Science Daily. Enzymes used by the Gribble to convert cellulose to sugar are resistant to extremes in environment, unlike similar processes used by other organisms. | Lumber Futures rebounded sharply on export sales following yesterday's steep losses. Mills took offshore volume from Asia at reduced prices in an effort to shore up order files and firm quotes. Mixed short covering, "stop loss" buy orders and speculative buying drove the market up the $10.00 limit across the board.
