THE DAILY BUZZ   Logging Caused WI Fire   The Fire in Douglas County was caused by logging equipment, according to a report issued yesterday by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Workers attempted to extinguish a small grass fire and were nearly successful when the fire jumped to the trees and got out of control. Prosecutors have decided there was no intent or negligence involved in the fire and will not file charges. More on this story is available in today's Industry News category.
